We are easy to find!
ROZELLE: Our Rozelle studio is right in the heart of Rozelle nestled in between Orange Grove Public School, Rozelle Public School, there are markets at both schools on the weekends and lots of cafes and shops to visit if you are dropping your child off and looking for something to do. There is street parking on Darling St or on surrounding side streets.
SUMMER HILL: Our Summer Hills studio is in the Flour Mill development, you will find us opposite the play park in the centre of the complex. There is street parking, cafes and the light rail just next door.

How do I book a ticket?
You can book a ticket for any class or workshop through the link on the website page. This will take you through to the booking and the information you will need to complete.
Do you offer a group discount?
Yes! if you have a group of 4 or more you can use the code GROUP10 for a 10% discount.
Do you have disabled access?
Both studios are completely accessible for wheelchair access. There is plenty of space in each room for a wheelchair and there are also bathroom facilities to accomodate. If you require a carer we do everything we can to accomodate this, however it is best to call to discuss in case there are additional bits of information that can be discussed about the class.
Are classes suitable for children?
All of the classes that are specifically for children are age appropriate and designed with their skill level in mind. There are always tutors available to help where things can be a little tricky, and all art projects and workshops will have aspects within it that provide a bit of challenge.
Kindy to Year 2 will start at around 4.5 years old. If your child is 4 years old and attends pre-school and wishes to join the fun at a holiday session (after school art classes are not appropriate for this age) I would receommend just a morning session - as long as they are fully toilet trained and can manage on their own for the 3 hours (ie are comfortable without a parent there)
Do you offer a discount for siblings?
Unfortunately, we do not
Can I stay with my child and watch?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations and the nature of our class we do not allow parents to stay and watch. Particularly with the younger groups it tends to have the "I want my parent there too" effect and we try to minimise this as much as possible.
Birthday parties are the exception however we request on the birthday person's parents to be present.
Do you provide refreshments?
For the after school classes we provide a small afternoon tea usually consisting of fruit, crackers and arrowroot biscuits. If children have their own snacks they can have this as well. We are a nut free studio so please make sure they do not bring anything consisting of nuts.
Birthday parties - please provide all food, drink and birthday cake for your event.
I am a complete beginner, can I still come?
Absolutely! Kids and adults who are beginners are ALWAYS welcome and will be supported in their creative journey!
What do I need to bring?
All art materials are provided for all art classes and workshops, including birthday parties.
Aprons are also provided.
It is recommended that you do not wear the super special clothes - even with an apron you can still get paint on you (I do regularly!!)
Where do I park?
Both art studios have off street parking- usually a 2 hour limit unless you can nab the all day parking.
How many people in a class?
Depending on what the class is there is a minimum of 6, maximum of 24.
What happens if I am sick and can't make it to my class?
We do ask to be mindful of coming to a class if you feel unwell - this is for the benefit of everyone - tutors and students.
- After school art classes: you can arrange a make up class at either studio at any time. refunds are not provided in this case.
-Holiday workshops: If you call on the day, no refund will be provided. If you know your child is sick an provide at least 24 hours notice then you can have a credit applied to your next booking or you can transfer your ticket to another person.

Photography and Media Release
Consent - Paper Rock Scissors Art Studios may take photographs or videos during classes and workshops for promotional purposes.
By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of such media in promotional materials.
Do you run private classes?
Yes! We require a minimum of 10 people - you can send us an email and we can chat about the details
Can I have a party with you?
Yes! We LOVE a good party! Whether it be a birthday party, hen's party, celebration, corporate event, baby shower, EOFY celebration, team building...you name it, we can create it for you! Tell us a bit more about your party and we can discuss more at a time that suits you
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are such a wonderful idea! Stocking fillers, gifts for long distant family, mothers-to-be...call me to arrange and I will create a lovely gift voucher for you to send to the recipient
